Processing Foam
Using foam that has been recognized with the best is important. In the foam processing is no less important than other processes. The first process of foam processing involves cutting the foam from a cubic size to a specified size and this process is not only cut to size but also uses working drawings so that every detail of cutting and the use of materials can be optimized.
After going through the cutting process, the foam at the top is coated with Dacron so that it adds a sense of comfort when used and the Dacron that we use is of the best quality and also fire-resistant
then after that it is thoroughly coated using Tiles which makes it neat and special with perfect stitching.
After going through a fairly detailed process, the foam is ready to be combined with the cover.
